CyberLynk Network Engineers will be performing an emergency maintenance within CyberLynk's Phoenix, Arizona (PHX1) Data Center.
Although we expect the downtime to be minimal, we ask that you plan accordingly due to possible unforeseen occurrences during the maintenance window. CyberLynk's goal is to successfully complete the task and restore service within the stated time frame.
We apologize for any inconvenience that you may experience. We value your business and care about your satisfaction as a CyberLynk Customer. Please be assured all CyberLynk authorized maintenance activities are to ensure optimal performance of our network facilities and equipment. Your servers and/or service(s) within our Phoenix, AZ (PHX1) data center will be powered on and available during this scheduled maintenance window. However, customers will experience increased latency and down time during the maintenance window.

This will be a continuation of the network maintenance that was performed on July 22, 2024.
